Pilates quite literally changed my life.

I found Pilates almost 15 years ago—originally as a way to become a better runner.

And honestly? It wasn’t love at first teaser.

I was addicted to speed, sweat, and the feeling of burning as many calories as possible. Slowing down felt… pointless. I believed that if I wasn’t drenched in sweat, it didn’t count.

But that mindset left me completely disconnected from my body.

Pilates quite literally changed my life, my body and my mindset.

I found myself running too many miles, pushing through constant pain, and calling it discipline. Everything hurt—but I thought that’s just what you do.

Then I found Pilates.

And everything started to shift.

The pain began to fade. I felt strong in a way I never had before. Not just physically—but deeply, internally supported. For the first time, I wasn’t fighting my body… I was actually listening to it.

Pilates transformed my relationship with movement.

It taught me that slower can be stronger. That mindful movement is powerful. That the results I had been chasing actually came when I stopped forcing them.

I healed long-standing pain, strengthened muscles I had completely overlooked, and saw changes in my body I had never been able to achieve before.

But more importantly—I felt grounded. Present. At home in my body.

That’s why I love Pilates.

Because it’s not just about 6-pack abs or lean legs. It’s about feeling good in your skin. It’s about connection, awareness, and strength that goes far beyond what you can see.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of bodies—across all stages, shapes, and abilities. I’m certified in both Pilates and pre/postnatal movement, and supporting new and soon-to-be moms is a huge part of my work and my heart.

As an instructor, my goal is simple:

To help you come home to your body.

To show you just how strong and capable you truly are.

And to help you move in a way that feels good—so you can start celebrating your body instead of fighting it.
